The BiosPlus Connector has an important role to play. This enables us to link your BiosPlus configuration to your existing (ERP) business automation, such as SAP, Afas and Navision.
Using our 7-step plan, we will work with you to determine the configuration that best suits your needs. We will also provide you with maximum flexibility for any future developments.
The BiosPlus 7-step plan consists of:
- Introduction and orientation
We will get to know your organisation, processes and business model, and present a number of relevant case examples.
- Inventory of required modules
We will determine which modules are relevant, both nice-to-have and need-to-have, and verify the BiosPlus Connector settings.
- Self-compiled or existing software package
We will check whether the modules you require are available in an existing software package or whether to create a unique configuration.
We will compare the cost of the required user licences with the needs of each individual user.
- Additional services
We will discuss whether additional services are required, such as employee training, sales, service, data or technical support.
We will send you a comprehensive quote in which we present the selected starting points in chronological order. In a follow-up appointment, we will go through the quote in person with you and answer any questions you may have on the spot.
If you decide to use BiosPlus, we will draw up an agreement and make a clear plan for the implementation and test phase.
